Telephone Advice

  Advisers on the telephone advice service are able to provide information and advice. Where your enquiry is more complicated they will assess the best way of dealing with it and you may be asked to attend the Bureau for an interview or referred to other organisations where appropriate.

There are various other ways that you can contact the Bureau:

  • Attend the main town centre Bureau.  We operate an open door service, there is no need to make an appointment just come along to our reception.
  • Attending one of our Outreach Venues
  • Advice is also provide via email
