About Walsall CAB

Walsall is one of the largest single location Citizens Advice Bureau in the UK, comprising some 25 paid staff and 30 unpaid volunteers.  It is also one of the busiest with around 35,000 clients each year.  The Bureau's existing management structure is relatively new but remains deeply rooted in its centralised town centre offices.  The staff and volunteers are highly motivated and committed with a skill and knowledge base as good as any found in the voluntary sector.
