The Bureau regrets that access is limited.  The Bureau is on the first floor.  There is a lift but there is not enough room for some of the larger wheelchairs.
The Bureau does operate from other venues (outreaches) and offers a Home Visits service where appropriate.  Requests for Home Visits can be made by any Health, Social Services or Voluntary Sector professional.  Clients can self refer by telephoning 01922 700600.  The Bureau will accept third party referrals from family members, neighbours or friends.  However, no visits will be made until it has been confirmed with the client that the visit will be welcome.
BSL interpreters are available by arrangement.
Advice can be given in Punjabi, Mirpuri, Urdu, Hindi, Gujerati, Farsi, Bengali, French and Arabic.
