Walsall Citizens Advice Bureau is
a registered charity, reliant on the support of a wide range of funders
including Walsall Council, Walsall PCT, the Legal Services Commission, the
Financial Inclusion Fund, Walsall Housing Group and Macmillan Cancer Relief.
During
2010-2011 the Bureau dealt with approximately 30,000 clients on some 68,000 separate issues
across a range of subjects including benefits, debt, employment, housing,
consumer, family and personal, immigration and nationality, health matters.
Our
principles and aims
Walsall CAB is a member of the
national association of Citizens Advice Bureaux and provides free,
independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and
responsibilities. We aim to

Advice
services
We deliver information and
advice through face-to-face interviews, telephone advice, email services and
home visits.
